Shropshire give a debut to former Derbyshire player Matt Higginbottom in the match at Whitchurch against Cheshire starting on Sunday 7 June. Twenty four year old Higginbottom is a right arm fast medium bowler and left handed batsman who came through the Derbyshire youth system to play six first class games in 2013 before being released in 2014.
