Will Cook

All-rounder Will, a top order batter and off-spinner, progressed from Shropshire’s Academy side to make his first team debut against Oxfordshire in a T20 match in May 2015.

His first Championship appearance followed in August 2015 when he played in a 10-wicket victory over Devon at Shrewsbury’s London Road.

Will, who captained Worfield to the Shropshire County Cricket League title in 2021 and promotion to the Birmingham League, has experience of first-class cricket through representing Leeds/Bradford MCCU.

He made his first-class debut against Kent at Canterbury in March 2017 and also faced Yorkshire, a match in which he scored 42 and claimed the wicket of former England batsman Adam Lyth.
