All-rounder Will, a top order batsman and off-spinner, progressed from Shropshire’s Academy side to make his first team debut against Oxfordshire in a T20 match in May 2015.

His first Championship appearance followed in August 2015 when he played in a 10-wicket victory over Devon at Shrewsbury’s London Road.

Will, who captains Worfield in the Shropshire County Cricket League, has experience of first-class cricket through representing Leeds/Bradford MCCU.

He made his first-class debut against Kent at Canterbury in March 2017 and also facing Yorkshire, a match in which he scored 42 and claimed the wicket of former England batsman Adam Lyth.
